Lacy flower panicles of this cultivar resemble fireworks when in bloom. Great cut flower and attracts bees and butterflies.
A really excellent and distinctive hybrid selection, there is absolutely no need to fear growing this Goldenrod in your garden. If forms a compact mound of dark green leaves, bearing upright stems in mid to late summer that hold large, shaggy heads of gorgeous soft lemon-yellow flowers. Perfect for the middle of the border or even in mixed containers. Consider pairing this up with Bluebeard (Caryopteris) or Russian Sage (Perovskia). Great for cutting. Grow at 50-65° F keeping soil evenly moist, not overly wet in high light conditions. Once plants are actively growing fertilizer can be applied. Provide good air circulation. Dead head plants to encourage re-blooming.
