This native member of the orchid family has evergreen leaves with striking heavy white veins that resemble rattlesnake skin. White snapdragon type flowers appear on the hairy single stem.
This rare evergreen ground orchid is easy to grow in humus-rich soil in partial shade. Creates a colorful ground cover once established. Perfect for the woodland garden.
