Showy blooms supported by vigourously climbing vine roots.
Choose a location that will receive 5-6 hours of sunlight. Clematis roots are long and run deep and like it cool, moist and well draining. Work the soil to a depth of 2 feet mixing in some sand and organic matter as well as a handful of lime for conditioning.
